By creating an account or joining the waitlist you accept these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use MarginTap.
The Service
MarginTap (“the Service”) is a mobile and web app that lets tradespeople create quotes and invoices. The Free tier allows 5 quotes per month; the Pro tier (€9.99/month) is unlimited. We may change features in either tier — we won’t reduce paid features without notice.
Your Account
- You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
- One account per individual. Teams use the per-seat Pro pricing once it ships.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
Your Content
You own everything you enter: clients, quotes, invoices, line items. We store it so you can sync across devices and generate PDFs. We never use your business data to train models or to share with third parties.
Payment & Refunds
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Refunds are handled by Apple/Google per their store policies. Cancel anytime from your store account — your Pro features stay active until the end of the billing period.
Acceptable Use
- No illegal use, including issuing fraudulent invoices.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service.
- No abusing the contact form / waitlist (spam, automated submissions).
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, abuses the Service, or violates the law. You may delete your account at any time from in-app settings or by emailing start@djump.io.
Warranty & Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits liability we cannot legally limit (e.g., gross negligence).
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Disputes that cannot be resolved by email go to the competent courts of Klaipėda, Lithuania.
Changes
If we change these terms materially, we’ll bump the version and notify you. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
