Lawful Bases
- Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to provide the Service you signed up for: storing your quotes, invoices, clients.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — abuse prevention, security logging, aggregated product analytics.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — marketing emails (opt-in only) and the landing-page waitlist.
Data Subject Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — get a copy of your data.
- Rectification — fix data that’s wrong.
- Erasure (“right to be forgotten”) — delete your account and associated data.
- Restriction — pause our processing pending review.
- Portability — export your data in a machine-readable format (CSV + PDF ZIP, one tap).
- Object — withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
- Lodge a complaint — with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt) or your local supervisory authority.

Data Retention
- Waitlist email: retained until you ask us to delete it or 24 months after launch, whichever comes first.
- Contact-form submissions: retained for 24 months for support continuity.
- Account data (after launch): retained while your account exists + 30 days after deletion for backup purge.
- IP logs: 30 days.
International Transfers
All primary data is stored in the EU (Supabase, Frankfurt). Some processors (Apple, Google, Sentry) may transfer data outside the EU under their Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not transfer data to jurisdictions without an adequacy decision or equivalent safeguards.
Security
TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, row-level security on every Postgres table, secret management via Vercel/Supabase env vars. Two-factor authentication mandatory for admin access.
